Trouble setting up Instagram integration

I have created a business manager, pixel and completed steps 1 and 2 in the square wizard to setup instagram. I have created a new instagram business account and have successfully connected it to my fb business manager. When I click on step 3 of the square wizard I can see my instagram account but there is a message that says: "Not eligible for instagram shopping". Please help!

Hm - this might be a silly question, but have you published your Square Online website yet @BZWatchCo?

I'd also be curious to know whether you have at least one available item on your Square Online website.

It sounds like it may be helpful to take a peek at Instagram's Commerce Eligibility Requirements page, if you haven't already had a change to do so, @BZWatchCo.
