Square Online: How do I lock an available item to one?

I only have singles of each item, don't want to confuse the buyers into thinking they can buy 2, 3, 4 or more of each item. How do I lock the counter or delete it from the sale page?

In order to do this you will need to make the stock of each item as 1. It will not change the drop down your customers see, but it will prevent them from purchasing more.
