Will the Online Store Work Well?

I am currently using an online store that really isnt meeting our needs and since we are going to be using the Square for Retail POS, i am thinking of switching to Square Online. Does it work well and integrate well with the POS? Does it keep data updated in real time or is there a long delay?

Is it simple to use for both the customer and my staff to maintain? Is there several options to choose from for the appearance?

Tell me the Good, Bad and Ugly.

HI, and thank you @ashc.. Everyone is used to having all the current designer templates and every app available at their fingertips so when thinking about a different provider, they immediately want the newest, bestest, shinest, fastest, next best thing.

Square Online is fairly new at acquiring and merging with the Weebly Store editor. The editor is incredibly easy. It includes so much on the free plan, I was amazed.

By adding inventory within the Online Dashboard, the items do sync to Square Dashboard with a delay. The delay will vary due to site traffic, inventory volume import/export, adding manually, etc.

Of course there is a learning curve with everything, so is with Square Online.

The editor allows for a beautiful site. It gives creative control limited to the options given. Many have complained there are no templates available. But, within the home page, there are 17 different display options available for the customize layout of top banner alone.

Square Online is the newest, shinest, bestest toy right now. I do recommend it. Sign up. Its free.

I am not familiar with POS or Staff options. Another Super Seller will chime in soon.
