Discount not showing on website...help please!

Our discount has been created (2 for $35) it shows up on my app and the discount is applied no problem there, but when I checkout using the website on my computer or my phone the discount doesn’t apply.... why would that be ? TIA!

Please help ASAP! My discounts dont show up on website at checkout.

I have created 1 discount (2 for $35) it shows up and works perfectly on my square app and terminal but for people ordering online through the website version it doesnt show up... please help!

Hi @AnamCara!

Did you create the discount under Square Dashboard > Items > Discounts or did you create it within Square Online > Settings > Coupons?
