No option to print online tickets

One of our two bakeries has lost the setting to print online orders. No option for printing it in the printer settings section in the Square App.

this is missing:

Under Use this printer for, navigate to Online Order Tickets.

Our other location is ok.

We've not changed anything that we are aware of....

Hello @sjbakery. My best suggestion is to contact us via phone to help you troubleshoot your printer and settings. From your file, it seems like you have a Square stand. Here are more details on how you can create a printer station. If you are not seeing the option to do so as mentioned, there may be an account-specific issue with your account.

We update the app and it returned. Odd that is just disappeared though as it did exists in the older app version.
