Appointments display is strange and lacks detail

Hi folks.

Hope that someone has an explanation why some appointments appear clearly and others have diagonal lines and details are hidden.

In this screenshot you can see one Square appointment previews clearly, the other has no details (but lines) which requires me to click on it to see the details, and below a blocked time (in gray) which is through synch with my Google personal calendar.

The area with the striped lines represents processing time that you have set up for a particular service(s). Let me know if you have other questions about it!

Hey there @Zgy

Diagonal lines in your appointments mean processing time. If you wish to get rid of then you would need to adjust your service settings.
