      <description>&lt;P&gt;Received an online payment for product but the billing and shipping are many states apart.&amp;nbsp; In the past these usually end up being fraud.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to verify the purchase before sending any products?&amp;nbsp; Hate to just cancel an order if its legit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
