Why do the distance-based fees not work when applied to customers orders?

I've filled out the fields for distance-based fees but they are not being applied to orders? Does anyone have any insight into why this doesnt work ? I really need this function to grow my business and delivery radius!

Hey there, @Phancys -

Welcome back to the Community!

Double check if you have a delivery minimum amount set for your deliveries. If the order doesn't meet that price point, it can cause issues with the delivery free.

Also, do you have an amounts for free delivery?

Distance-based is currently working for radius, not driving distance. Increments work but if the route takes 30kms of driving but only 15kms if you could fly there via jetpack 😉 *don't we all wish*, then you're out of luck for getting that incremental fee. Please go vote or comment on radius delivery change threads or delivery improvements so that this functionality development gets moved up in priority.
