item description on home page?

Hi there: I am wondering if there's a way to add the description to an item on the Square Online home page? I would like the 'Three Month Novel Coaching' - here's my page: https://laurencarterwriter.square.site/ - to show the short description without people having to click through. Thanks for any help!

Have you considered using a Featured Items section? ✍️

There isn't a way to have the item description automatically display at this time - that would be considered a feature request. But you could change the section layout to the multiple item layout and then add the item description to the section description field. I'll show you how ✨

Head to your website editor (Square Online overview page > Website > Edit Site)

Hit +Add then select Section:

Select Featured Items:

Select the template highlighted below:

Click Choose an item, then select an item:

Once you've got your item visible, click the title in order to edit it:
