How to remove “Note” option in each item

Our menu doesn’t allow for modifications, customers always try to leave “notes” when placing an order since there is a box at the bottom of each item to do so. How do I remove the option to leave a note in every item but keep it at checkout?

I don't see a note area in my screen.

My apologies I got a new third party app and it has “notes” at the bottom of each item, I thought it was something that transferred from square but it is not.
