Added new items to store, not showing up on website

Added a few new items to my website this morning. Inventory states they are visible. Have tried hiding and un-hiding and resaving, logged out and back in to no avail. Is Square having issues?

Hello @nerwonduh !

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue, and I just want to verify that you have done as your post doesn't indicate it, but it's something that can be overlooked. Did you go into your website editor in Square and "Publish" the website again?

The button is located here inside of the website editing functionality -

Let us know if that works for you or not and I'll see if I can think of anything else that might be causing your issue.

Ah the infamous Square Items to Online Gremlin..

This happens from time to time.. usually it will show up in 24 hours

I have been having this problem for weeks now! I am super frustrated because both times I have called I have received basic how to's that I have already done! Today I completing reset my online site back to default and re-built it only to have the same problem. I cannot figure out why it will not show the items created in a new category to show online. the category just says "Items aren't available for sale yet on this page. Come back later to purchase!" Also, it is not updating featured items either. The featured items are from last year! After reviewing items and the online site a bit more it looks like my site has not been updating in months.
