There's a couple things to try...you could tell your customer to try to type START in their text message if they still have it...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you can direct them&amp;nbsp;to go to &lt;A href="https://profile.squareup.com/login" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;this website&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; and update their preferences for communications:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://profile.squareup.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://profile.squareup.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry I'm still not 100% that either of these will fix the issue but you can try these. Hope this may help find the answer you're looking for.
