Hi.

I am trying to use flodesk for my newsletter subscriptions. (I much prefer the look of the newsletters over other options.)

I have an embedded code from their site once I created the form. I added the embedded code to my main page.

I did not create a title or description, because it was created to be a popup.

It is not working. Any ideas?

Hey there @mcoley Welcome to the Seller Community 👋

My best guess is (I don't have experience with flodesk) that Square Online doesn't support the method used by the embed code to invoke the Pop-up. Have you tried using a code that doesn't require a Pop-up to be used?

Yes, I’ve tried inline codes too, assuming those are standard pages forms.

What I have been able to investigate is that the HTML code section is not allowed to open new windows unless clicking on a link or button. I recommend reaching out to our eCommerce team here so they can offer suggestions on how to accomplish this.
