Problem Ordering Plastic Gift Cards

Hi Square,

I have problems ordering custom gift cards from https://ecardsystems.com/square/?type=home. After I uploaded my custom design file(in PDF format) and filled out all the information needed on the page and hit submit, the page took about 5 minutes to load. And then it navigates to the ecardsystems website, with a page showing empty cart. Can someone help please?

Hi @justsqitco - Thanks for stopping by The Seller Community.

I know how frustrating it can be when theres errors while trying to purchase gift cards, so i'm happy to help.

Because we use a third party to distribute these gift cards when there's issues on their end they aren't as easy to pinpoint on our end.

At this time, i've escalate this matter to our engineers and will jump right back in with an update as soon as I know more.
