Displaying all variations of a product

When viewing Shop All or any category of items, is there a way to display all items and their variations?

For example, if I am selling a sofa that comes in black and white; currently it only displays black and the only way someone knows there is a white version is if they click into the black sofa and see the drop down option.

It would be nice if under Shop All or Sofa category, both the black and white sofa are shown.

If not, is there an option to show that a single item has variations without clicking into the product? Like under the Show All sofas, each sofa has a small circle displaying the various colours it comes in.
