Is there a way to add a question to the checkout page?

When checking out I would like to add a section on the checkout page for the customer to leave their social media handles. Is there a way I can edit the checkout page? or is there anywhere else I can add this during the checkout process?

Hi @Sugandh 👋

You can enable the Note to Seller option on the checkout page from the main Square Online dashboard under Settings > Checkout > Customer Inputs. You wouldn't be able to make any edits to say what you want entered in the note to seller box on the checkout page itself, so I would recommend adding some type of popup, or better, the banner notification option.

From the Square Online dashboard, click Communications > Pop Ups. I prefer the banner that displays at the top of the screen because it is noticeable, yet discreet opposed to a pop-up that covers your site content, and must be X'd out in order to browse the site.
