Feature Request: Coupon Codes that work based on fulfillment date rather than purchase date

When creating a coupon code, currently you can only limit usage of the coupon based on the purchase date range.

I'd like to limit a coupon such that it only applies to certain pickup dates. For example someone could place an order on a Tuesday and select the upcoming Saturday for pickup. I'd like the coupon code to apply strictly to that Saturday's pickups, and not Friday's or Sunday's pickups
