Bookkeeper access to square

Hello, My bookkeeper would like access to our square account to print her own reports and do her own inquiries. How would I do this and is there a cost? Many thanks

You can add your bookkeeper as a full-access team member to give her access to your reports free of cost! This will allow your bookkeeper to view sales and reports without being able to make changes to the important details of your account, such as your bank details or email address.
