How do we recover an item that was deleted by mistake?

Our operations deleted an item by mistake instead of making it unavailable while correcting an issue with it and reactivated (made visible) a similar older item with changes on it, without realizing that our marketing campaign had already sent the link of the new item to 1000s of people today.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Deleted item's link already sent on major marketing campaign: https://natureszeal.square.site/product/Ignite_your_health/27

Current active Item: https://natureszeal.square.site/product/Ignite_your_health/19

Are these options possible for us to do:

1. Recover the deleted Item#27

2. Is there anyway to point the link https://natureszeal.square.site/product/Ignite_your_health/27 TO https://natureszeal.square.site/product/Ignite_your_health/19

so that the potential customers will be pointed to the right link.

Thanks for helping in this urgent matter, which is obviously a big lesson for us.

From my knowledge, there is no way of bringing it back.

If you saved a copy of your inventory, you can recreate it. After that redirect your old link to your new link to avoid 404 errors.

Thanks @Provision ! You are correct, redirect helped.

We were able to redirect it with the help of the Square support staff - Tammy from Square was super supportive! Learnt something new, going to the item page settings, there is an option to redirect other url to the item page. So we were able to redirect the deleted item's url to the updated one here: https://natureszeal.square.site/product/ignite/19
