Hello, what is the proper way to mark an item out of stock, I go update stock and checking the show out of stock and then save and months later it goes back available! Any help appreciated.

Do you currently have items that should be out of stock showing up as "available" on your website? If so, can you post a direct link to said item?

If not, can you please still post a link to your website, along with the name of the most recent item that was mistakenly shown?

You may need to reach out to direct support, but we can confirm once we review the site.

Hello, most of my items are either 0 or 1 as inventory but for some reason the out of stock items got change to an ifen (-) as stock and this allows clients to put it in their cart.

I usually see low stock for in stock items and out of stock but now I see some items that has no mention and they used to be out of stock.

Thanks! When I click on that item, I see that it is out of stock, and I am not allowed to add to the cart. I checked a few more of your other items, but everything that is marked as "out of stock" has the add to cart button disabled.

Were you able to speak with support to troubleshoot this, or do you still see the issue on your end?

Thanks for verifying Bernadette, I had to change all the items as out of stock again, will keep an eye on it so it doesn't change again.

I have not reached support this time. I will if does it again.

This happens to us. Some items that were marked out of stock or unavailable randomly become available online to customers again. Seems to be random and a glitch.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with this, too! Do you currently have any items that should be unavailable that are allowing purchase? Or, can you post a link to an example item that was not working but is now fixed?
