Multiple services using one drop down menu

I’m trying to organize my services but when you go online you can only select one treatment from the drop down menu

I offer different beauty services so under Facials I’ll have the list of facials to choose from but they don’t have an option to add another item from the same menu so if they wanted to add another option they are unable to

Is there away to allow more then one selection per drop down menus?

otherwise the service options get overwhelming

id like to keep lashes in one menu facials and facial add ons in one menu etc with easy options to add multiple services from the same menu

I would like to gather more details to better assist. You created a service called facial and are the list of facials variations under the service? What menu are you referring to? Yes so on square appointments when you set up services you can add variations but when a customer goes on to book they can only book one of the services in the drop down menu. But let’s say they book a service and there’s an add on or another service in that menu they’d like they’d have to create multiple appointments rather than being able to select multiple services in the same drop down menu

if you have to have separate categories for everything it gets overwhelming for guest to know what to book
