Setting up Shipping to include free local pickup option

I'm new to Square and trying to set up the sale of physical items so that local customers can pickup their orders for free or select a flat shipping rate across Canada for Canada Post.

Can anyone qualify if this is possible using the Free version of Square and if so, how to do it?
