Payment not completing

I am having trouble with order completion on my square online store.
customers will go to their cart put in their shipping information and when they choose check out as a guest the payment and order aren’t taken.
they click the order now button and nothing happened. No error codes just doesn’t complete.
It’s not with every order so it’s hard to track anything.

Yes customers have reached out. I have been chasing this for about 6 months.
