Hi,

I know this has been asked a bunch so I combed through previous threads to try and troubleshoot. Unfortunately, nothing is working. No matter what I do, or what settings I change, I can't get my website to charge HST on orders. Maybe there's a thread I missed? Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

Thanks for being a member of the Community.

You can apply tax rates to orders that come from your Square Online site either automatically or by using your in-person rates.

How do you have your Square Online taxes set up? Can you also provide a screenshot, so we can best assist you?

Hi, Ok, I figured it out. It kept saying that I checked the box for Square to automatically add HST online but it turns out it was adding it for every province except mine. So I added Ontario and then it started working. Thanks.
