&lt;P&gt;There are a few reasons why your items might be displayed as "unavailable" or&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;"US$NaN":&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1. Your Square account is not yet activated for card treatment.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure you have gone through all the steps of our&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5123-square-get-started-guide" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;Get Started Guide&lt;/A&gt;. In addition, if your account is not activated for card processing, you will have a banner on your Online Overview Page prompting you to finish onboarding.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. You haven't enabled online orders.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If online orders are toggled on, you will see the following mention on your Online Page.&lt;/P&gt;
