Look up sales by customer location

I am trying to look up how many online sales I had from a particular country in a given year. Is there a way to do this? I can't seem to find the option to look up sales by customer location.

So you've been collecting their address & country at time of purchase? Or is this from online sales?

The only way I can think of is by exporting your customer list to spreadsheet and sort for by "State" if you have those details.

For a specific year you would need to run transactions report and isolate those customer names. It will be tedious but can be done.

Not a great solution but is possible. Maybe someone else has done this before and has a better way?

This is for online sales. Seems silly there isn't a way to do this more easily.
