Postal code input not poping up for online order

Hi, Just wondering if anyone else is having issues with the postal code input not showing up for customers when filling out their credit card information? They only see credit card number, expiry, and CVV, when they go to check out they receive an error for the postal code but the field isn't there to fill out.
