I sold my first e-gift card the other day so i am brand new to the process. The customer does not know how or where to find the 16 digit number. She screen shot a copy of her email to me and I don’t see it anywhere either. How do I find the number so I can send it to her?
Is there a copy anywhere on my end that has the number?

HI @Llalap !

The e-gift card should have the 16-digit code underneath the bar code in the confirmation email. It should be located right above the "view your eGift card" link in the email.

Can you send us the screenshot where it's missing?
