    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;The title of this thread has been edited from the original:&amp;nbsp;No Shipping Option on Create Order Menu.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is no shipping option in the create order screen. I am set to Shop All, all my items are set to shipping, I have connected my carriers. I have done all the things. Even customer service doesn't know why it wont show shipping? My store is published but not taking orders yet. I want to have a practice order come through before I accept real customers. I need to be able to print shipping labels. My Buy Shipping Labels button is also greyed out when I try a and process and order. I am pulling my hair out lol PLEASE HELP!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, it’s not possible to create test orders for your online site without enabling the ability to order for all site visitors. This is why you’re currently unable to place an order, as online order acceptance is currently disabled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What you could do instead, is place a test order using one of your currently &lt;STRONG&gt;Hidden items&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Hidden items are not visible on your site, but can be purchased via a private link.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To generate a payment link for a hidden item:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Sign in to your online&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Square Dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Navigate to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Items &amp;amp; Orders&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Items&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;In your item library, click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;All Filters&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Filter by: Online visibility&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hidden&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Click on a hidden item to open the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Edit Item&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;page.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Scroll down to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Payment Links&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and toggle on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Create a payment link or buy button&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Copy the link and paste it into your browser.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Complete your test order, and then &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/6116-process-refunds" target="_blank"&gt;refund the payment&lt;/A&gt;. Please note that refunds can take 4–14 business days to process.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
