    <description>&lt;P&gt;This was the resolution the support team gave me. &amp;nbsp;I had done all of the above prior to connecting to them aside from unpublishing and republishing my site. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a syncing issue I reported this to my advanced support team and they did a reindex to your site."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble with new items not synching to the website. &amp;nbsp;This is new as of this week. &amp;nbsp;Also items that we are disabling are not being removed. &amp;nbsp;We have tried 'manual' synching as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
