Troubles with SSL. Website not loading for 7 months

Started a new website for my sister's business last fall and have not been able to get it to load all this time. I am at my wit end now.

Error message on the website is

This site can’t provide a secure connection

www.swanlakepark.com uses an unsupported protocol.

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

I am not a programmer by any means but when I built my own weebly website about a decade ago I never had this much trouble getting mine up and running. But this site.... gah! I have combed through help pages and videos and what have you.

Weebly account shows SSL as enabled. Followed all the updating of Domain Records on Netfirms. I just don't know what I am missing. Anyone have any ideas?

I just took a look at your website (swanlakepark.com), clicked around on a few pages, and I'm not seeing any errors at the moment!

If you're seeing differently on your end, could you let me know which page this is occurring on? Then, I'll take a second look.
