domain transfer with EPP key

I am in the process of transferring our domain name over to Square from a third-party registrar. I have already completed the domain transfer authorization from the domain host and was provided only with an EPP key. While completing the steps to transfer the domain within Square, I was advised that Square does not support domain transfers using EPP key's only. I was told that the only way to complete the transfer was to update the DNS setting from the host, however I don't have access to that from the third-party registrar.

Does anyone know if I can transfer my domain to Square with the EPP key so I can keep my domain (its's so critical!). Thanks!

Welcome to the Community!

Whenever you're transferring your domain over to Square, you are able to use an EPP/transfer code to complete it. The transfer can take a bit of time. Normally, you will receive an email within 7-10 days whenever the transfer has been completed.
