Shipping defaults to $20, not free.

Hi, I'm having difficulty with setting up the shipping for the items I have on my online store.
I have only one shipping profile, which is set as free shipping. And at the moment, one item for sale as I deleted everything else in attempt to fix my issue.
The issue is, any item I would attempt to ring through, would automatically have a $20 shipping charge added, yet I have no shipping profile for that.
I've spent hours trying to fix this issue, with no luck.
Any item I sell will have the shipping cost included in the price of the item. So I want it all set to free shipping.

Are you able to assist me with this?
