How do I stop the delivery/pick up window appearing before anything else

Hi,

I have recently set up my square shop online and can't seem to stop the delivery/pick up option being the first thing that pops up, I want it when you check out, It causes problems on ipads and iphones if the cache hasn't been recently emptied because you can't select either option and can't get any further than the pop up window, here's a link to my site; https://my-site-105295-107039.square.site/s/order any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi @Rachael71, thank you for reaching out!

If you don't want the delivery/pickup options to appear before the customers can look at the menu, you can change the template from an Order Online template to a traditional Shop All retail template. This means customers will be able to look through the menu first before they need to select the fulfilment method and entering their details.

To do this:

Login to your Square Dashboard > Online Store
On your Online Store, navigate to Website > Edit Site
Click into the Page: Home drop-down. You should see your Order Online page coming up. You'll need to hover over the three ... and select Switch Template
Select Shop All
Click Done and republish your site
