VAT not correct amount on checkout

Hi All

Please can someone offer some advice urgently

I have set up my online store and entered the 20% vat code for the Uk in the settings section of the online store

However the amount at checkout is incorrect, i have asked for it to include the vat within the final item price and given free delivery ,so no idea why its not working and I need to launch tomorrow!

Any advice greatly welcome

Hi @Help1IssueLady, sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with the Online Store!

If you have choose for tax to already be included in item price, it should definitely calculated and displayed this at checkout after the customer has entered their shipping information.

If this is not coming up, can you send me a screenshot and a link to your store? I can definitely have a further look here and file a ticket to our engineering team if needed.
