MultiBuy Discount (BYGOF)

Hi,

I have followed SquareUps info to set up a multi buy discount (I want to create buy 2 get 1 free). So I have set up 'When customer purchases any 2 items from.. my list' It then states to add 100% discount to the item that is to be free on the ' 1 additional item of equal or lesser value from'.

However, when I do this it applies 100% discount across all 3 items leaving the cost to be paid at nil value.

Note: If you’d like to set up a buy one, get one free discount, just make sure to set the discount percentage amount to 100%.

Visit Items > Discounts in your online Square Dashboard.
Click Create a Discount and add a name and discount amount.Note: If you’d like to set up a buy one, get one free discount, just make sure to set the discount percentage amount to 100%.
Toggle on Auto Apply to Items and Categories.
Click Quantity.
Add the required quantity and select the items or categories you want to include.
Next set your Discount Rule. You’ll have three options for setting up your quantity discount:

Exact Purchase Quantity
Minimum Purchase Quantity
Buy One, Get One

Select exact or minimum quantity and save the discount. If you selected Buy One, Get One, specify the quantity and items the buyer will receive at a discount and then click Save.

You can update an existing discount at any time by clicking Edit Purchase Rule from the discount details page.

Hello,

I am not finding option to add quantity for step-5..

but then it is not allowing me to save discount and complaining to add quantity..

please help

Worked out finally.. Quantity field is a greyed out and quantity need to be entered by clicking on it..
