I'm from the UK and I have the free plan of Square at the moment. I don't know if that makes a difference to shipping or not but basically I set it all up so that it'd cost £2.90 (flat rate) for a package. I also set it up to deliver only to places in the UK. When I go on my shop and add something to the cart and go to checkout, the shipping is not added to it and I don't understand why. Next to shipping it just says --

Firstly, welcome to the Seller Community @morgantarot + sorry you are here because shipping is not working!

There are a couple of reasons why shipping might not be working:

Make sure all the items have Shipping selected as their fulfilment method
Make sure all items are available and visible at your website location
At checkout, you should see shipping come up after you've entered your shipping address. Make sure the address is within the regions you're shipping to in the UK

If none of these work, can you share a link to the website with me? That way, I can have a further look into it myself as well.

Thank you very much for your help. I went through the checkout to the page about shipping and it appears on that page so all is sorted, it was my fault for jumping to conclusions.
