I am trying to buy the £9/month package but our charity bank card doesn't have a CVC code on the back and your interface won't proceed without it. We don't have Paypal, so how do we pay?

Hi @fodos, I'm just stepping in for Nika here. A CVV code is required for online transactions and in this particular case, there isn't a way for us to process subscription payments without a CVV code.

Depending on the cards you are using, CVV can be found at different places as well:

Visa and MasterCard security codes are usually on the back of your card, to the right of the signature panel.
American Express security code is four-digit long and usually appears on the front of your card, to the upper right of your account.

If the card doesn't have a CVV code, you may need to check with the bank to see if the card can be use for online payments.
