Transaction fees what are the exacts?

So I've seen differentiating information float around on all different areas of square as well as on third party integrations, now Printful tells me '2.9% + 30¢ per transaction' now I never knew of a 30¢/30p charge on top of the percentage? is this new? is this only the US? what are my transaction fees operating in the UK accepting payments around the world?

Hi @MJD, thank you for raising this! The 2.9% + 30¢ transaction fee is for the US only. In the UK, Square's transaction fees are:

1.75% for each card processed through the Square Point of Sale app (inserted, tapped or swiped).
2.5% for Point of Sale manually keyed-in payments, Virtual Terminal, Square Invoices and Online Checkout Link Recurring Payments.
1.9% for European cards and 2.9% for non-European cards for online payment products. This includes Square eCommerce APIs, Online Store, Checkout Links, and Digital Gift Cards.

You can learn more about Square's fees here. I'll flag this with our Partnership team as well so they are aware and check in with Printful to make sure the right information is being provided.

I've not yet used Printful so I don't know if they plan to charge me the further 30¢ but hopefully they're just giving American pricing and have not accounted for international sellers.

That might have been it, but I've let our Partnership team knows as well so we can ensure Printful will also accounted for international sellers when providing fees information. They should not charge the extra 30¢.
