Hi,

Not sure but does the phone have a dark / night setting turned on as I use those sorts of settings on my phone and have seen this sort of thing happen on some web sites.

Currently on your site I just get a password request when I try and view it.

Hi @TGPH, I'm sorry to hear that. A password is required to access your website. I am unable to see the colors here. Is your Online Store for specific customers only?

From the screenshot you provided, it looks like it is caused by the screen light for this device. When I go to www.grocerypost.com, the colors are the same as the first screenshot. If you have the following information, I can further look into this.

1. Device model of your customer

2. Your website needs to be unlocked temporarily so I can test it.
