Cannot add more color variations and receive this message: "We’re sorry, but something went wrong"

When using the custom attributes section and attempting to add more color variations to our list of existing colors, I receive an error message saying "We’re sorry, but something went wrong". Specifically, in the custom variations section I input the color and press save where I then receive this message. I have gone through the support threads with similar situations however none of them provide a solution as these threads end up leading to private messages. Also I am already using google chrome as many of these threads suggested and still have not found a solution. Any help will be much appreciated.

Are you trying to edit this on your Square library or trying to edit this in the Square Online store? Can you also include a screenshot if possible?
