thread Tax/VAT doesn't show in Online Store

Tax/VAT doesn't show

I use Square for payments for appointments. I have set up tax as VAT in the settings and it doesnt show in any reports or information it only shows Gross and shows everything as non-taxable yet I have it set to taxable? Help?!?

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue.

Are you taking in person payments or online payments? Tax settings from your Square Item Library don’t sync to Square Online so if your payments are online that may be part of the issue?

I'd start by just double checking the settings for both and then if you can let me know what your set up is like I can try to assist more.

Hi still no joy on this. I take payments online, basically i use godaddy for an appointment system and link square payments to it. So people are paying online for an appointment booking. ON godaddy it is set as VAT20% and on square in the items library it is set as VAT20% and in the library. I don't have square online.
