Anomalies on website

I've a few 'bugs' on my website and I've no idea where they are coming from. Anyone able to help?

1) Product is not showing up on the website, customer has to search for it.

There is stock, it is visible

2) Fulfillment - Free for orders over £25 but a customer has just placed an order for £29 and she has been charge shipping.

NOTHING has been changed here...

The only thing that has happened is that my subscription was renewed but I checked and it never went down, it was all seamless

Hi @Omeda, sorry you're running into this. Can you send me the link to your website and an example of an item that is not showing up online? I'll have a further look into it.

Not sure what I did but I got it to work... I just kept unchecking and rechecking the visibility status and it started working...

As for the shipping. I really don't know as the next order came through and the system automatically discounted the shipping. I'll keep an eye on this.
