Restricting access to past transaction information on the terminal

Hi,

I'd like to restrict access to the past transaction information which is currently available via the terminal. The terminal will be used by different volunteers in our charity, and I am wondering if there's a way to make the past transaction information password protected or not available via the terminal so it can only be accessed by those with access to dashboard and account? Grateful for any pointers.

Yes, this can definitely be done. You'll need to set up Team Permissions, create a login (4 digit pin) for yourself and one for your team. The pin of your team can be attributed to a custom permission set, so you can restrict the access the people logged in with that pin have. You can see the full list of permissions here and decide which functions you would like to give staff access to.
