Self-serve ordering missing items

Good afternoon,

We have a Square Online site published and setup for self-serve ordering. We have 21 items in the site items catalog, all set to "Prepared food and beverage" item type. Visibility is set to "Visible", fulfilment via "Self-serve ordering" is ticked. The items are also on our Square Restaurant POS.

The Order Online page has an item list section however we cannot add any items. Instead I have the option to "Create your first item". How do we get the items we already have on our Online Items catalog into the item list on the site?

After mashing lots of buttons, we found that we had to select self-serve ordering AND pickup for all items we wanted displayed.
