When will we see quantity tiered pricing for square online?

Hi All,

I've set my business up recently to sell through Square with the understanding that "Discounts" were applied to the online checkout / store. I have items which require tiered pricing based on quantity. e.g. buy 1 = full price, buy 10 get 10% off, by 20 get 15% off as an example. I then have different colours (variants) of that one item.

I can't do bulk selling in this way, I was hoping discounts would apply to the online checkout yet the documentation does not make that clear.

Does anyone have any insight into when this feature would be made available?

It sounds like you a looking for a conditional percentage discount, which is a feature request currently.

It's something we hope to have more flexibility on soon, but I don't have a timeline for its availability at this moment.

What have at the moment for Square Online would be:

Percentage Discount: Discounts the purchase price based on the percentage you enter.
Specific Amount Discount: Discounts the purchase price based on the amount you enter.
Free Delivery: Removes delivery fees from an order. You’ll need to create delivery rates before setting up this type of voucher. Select the link to choose a delivery method.
Free Delivery: If you have fees set up for local delivery, this voucher removes local delivery fees from those orders.

Hi @Breffni ,

Thank you for your response, unfortunately vouchers do not meet the requirements for bulk discounts:

It's not automatically applied at checkout
You can't set a quantity limit to the discount %

You already have this functionality for the POS sale system yet not in the online store. Could you update the documentation to reflect this limitation otherwise this is misleading.
