&lt;P&gt;We don't have access to your account here on the Community so I can't take a look myself, but if the issue is ongoing I'd suggest giving our &lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Questions-How-To/How-do-I-contact-Square-Support-in-the-UK/td-p/177678" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;support team a call &lt;/A&gt;directly, it may be that a step was missed when you were activating your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Store builder hangs on setup</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi guys,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced any issues with the setup of the online store builder?&amp;nbsp; I have tried on safari, chrome and incognito browsers and each time i just get the loading message saying "we are preparing your site please wait a moment"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have other square stores that built fine so i dont belive its a user issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;James&lt;/P&gt;</description>
