Is there a way to view logs of the time and dates that confirmation emails and sms messages were sent to customers?

At the moment, there isn't a way to view a log of previous communication, such as emails and sms, that have been sent out to your customers.

I can understand why that would be a handy feature, though. I'll make sure to pass your feedback over to our product teams for better visibility.
