Trustee left so we need to transfer account but we also have a linked subscription website -help

The Trustee of our charity who set up out Square account has left so we understand that we can't transfer anything but have to set up a new account and download all the history from the old account. But we also have a subscription for a custom web address hosted on Square - how do we transfer that across without losing anything?

That's correct, account ownership cannot be transferred at this time, so you'll need to create a new account.

It sounds like you already have the steps to transfer things like your item library, customers and payments, but if you have any questions, please let me know.

In terms of the domain, I'll need to check this with our Square Online team - could you share a link to your site here?
