Hi,

I have setup some vouchers (the usual £5 off, free delivery with this code etc). There seems to be nowhere to enter the voucher code during the checkout process, all I can see are 2 gift card code fields which is a different thing. Where do customers enter the codes?>??

On our old system we were able to make a voucher with both 10% off and free delivery. This only seems possible by making 2 vouchers on the Square system, one for the discount and one for the delivery but voucher stacking doesn't seem to be possible? I have read other threads relating to people not wanting stacking which is understandable but we are trying to carry across a voucher to the Square system that a local school uses which is 10% off and free delivery and not sure how I can achieve it.

Thanks for providing the additional context @yaykenny.

Unfortunately it is currently the case that Coupons can't be stacked, and unfortunately it's only possible to add automatic discounts to particular customer groups for in-house sales.

I can see that this has been flagged to our product team in the past, however there is nothing on the current road-map for implementation that would address this limitation.

I'd recommend highlighting your specific use case on our Ideate Board for review.
